    Brand Surface is built to keep local advertising organized from the start. Venues are onboarded first, campaigns are created once a venue is ready to sell, and advertisers move through a guided path from agreement and deposit to artwork, proofing, and final production.

    STEP 01

    Venue Partnership

    Each campaign begins with a venue partnership. Contract and intake are completed first, and once the venue is approved and ready, the opportunity can move into the next phase.

    STEP 02

    Campaign Creation

    After a venue is marked ready to sell, a campaign is created to manage the full run. That campaign becomes the central structure for advertiser participation, approvals, and production tracking.

    STEP 03

    Advertiser Onboarding

    Advertisers enter the process through agreement and deposit. Once the deposit is paid, Brand Surface triggers the next step with artwork intake so the design process can begin in an organized way.

    STEP 04

    Artwork and Proofing

    After intake is submitted, design moves forward and a proof is sent for review. Advertisers can approve the proof or request revisions, keeping feedback structured before anything moves into production.

    STEP 05

    Production Release

    Campaigns track sales and approvals together. Once approvals are complete, the campaign can move into final production release and installation.
